Our Personal Experience: My family have all used this cd for the last 2 months. We use it at night while we are going to sleep. For the first month we used it every night and for the second month we used it around 3 times a week. We also cut greasy fastfood and foods that were high in fat out of our diets. We found that it was very easy to do and lose weight because of the cd. We have dieted in the past but found it hard to maintain and slipped back into bad habits.
